Warranty, Shipping & Returns

All products are guaranteed to be in working and in good cosmetic condition unless otherwise stated.

Warranty and returns
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Warranty terms and conditions are product specific. See product description for warranty information on each product.
For all sold items Redrive Inc. provide standard 6 or12 months limited warranty (all parts and labor) unless otherwise stated. If the unit is found defective within 6 or 12 months of the delivery date, return it for a free replacement or repair (Customer responsible for shipping cost). (If you need to make a warranty return claim please
contact us for a return authorization number (RMA#) prior to any return). Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement at our choice any defective product (or part thereof as we determine) with free of charge to our customer. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account or refund in an amount equal to the sum you paid for it. Any warranty claim must be received before the end of 6 or12 months warranty period (together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and it must include our return authorization number (RMA#). The Warranty shall not cover any cosmetic defects that do not affect the functional operation of the equipment. Manufacturers warranty applies on all brand new products. Items sold "AS IS" have no warranty unless otherwise noted.

Non-Warranty Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product from Redrive Inc. you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items sold "as is, no warranty, no returns" cannot be returned. A 15% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the delivery date. contact us for a return authorization number (RMA#) prior to any return). Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a Redrive Inc. return authorization number (RMA#).

Exchange program terms and conditions
For many items exchange (trade-in) program available. You must pay exchange price (include the core charge) for the item and it will be shipped to you immediately after payment cleared. We will refund you cost (core charge) of your defective (old) item after it will be received and evaluated. Not repairable items (burned through, hard damaged) are not refundable. Shipping cost is not refundable. You must contact us first if you want use exchange option.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Packaging and Handling
All items are blister-packed or foam-packed in custom shipping cartons for protection. A handling fee from $1.00 to $75.00 depending on item weight and dimensions applies for each shipment. See for shipping calculations during checkout.

Shipping terms
Preferred shipping carrier is UPS. We will combine multiple orders to reduce shipping fees when there are possible. Standard order processing is 1-2 days after receiving cleared payment. Rush and off-hours services are available. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will be also provide with a link containing your UPS tracking number, so you can monitor your orders shipping status. Redrive Inc. is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. We do not ship via UPS to P.O. Box addresses. We may change selected shipping carrier without extra cost, time and service quality lost for the customer.

Shortage/Damage
Please unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 15 business days of delivery. If a package arrives in any damage, you can note the damage and call or e-mail us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask him that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. Items that are sold "AS IS" will be refunded if damage is determined to have been caused by the shipping company; otherwise these items have no warranty.
